Passport with 6+ months validity. Visas — check FCDO travel advice. EU stays: 90 days in any 180-day period without visa. Scan all documents and email copies to yourself.

Fee-free travel cards: Wise, Revolut, Monzo, Starling — real exchange rates, no foreign transaction fees. Avoid airport currency exchanges. Notify your bank of travel dates.

Health

GHIC for EU. Check vaccinations 6-8 weeks before. Prescription meds in original packaging with doctor’s letter.

Phone

Most UK networks charge £2-3/day for EU roaming. Check plan or buy local eSIM (Airalo, Holafly). Download offline Google Maps.
